Commercial Cleaning Staff (Floating) – $16/hr
Departure from Carol Stream | DuPage County and Surrounding Areas

ServiceMaster Clean is looking for a reliable and flexible Commercial Floating Cleaning Staff to support various commercial accounts in DuPage County and nearby areas. Each shift begins and ends at our Carol Stream office. A company vehicle is provided to travel between job sites.

Opening hours

Monday to Friday
5:00 PM–1:30 AM (departure time may vary depending on assignment)
Occasional weekends or extended hours as needed

Payment

$16.00 per hour
$500 bonus paid for the first 3 months of employment

Responsibilities

Travel and clean commercial buildings such as:
- Offices
- Schools
- Churches
- Other professional facilities
Perform general cleaning tasks, including:
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
- Clean and restock bathrooms
- Emptying trash and recycling cans
- Disinfect high-touch areas
Follow site-specific cleaning instructions and protocols.

Requirements

Valid driver's license
Background check required
Ability to report to the Carol Stream office at the start and end of each shift
Convenience for driving a company vehicle around DuPage County and nearby areas
Ability to work night shifts and flexible schedules as needed
Commercial cleaning experience is a plus (training is offered to the right candidate)
Must be responsible, professional, and able to work independently
Speak Spanish
