Project Services Team | Newport News, VA

We’re growing our Project Services Team and are hiring experienced Floor Technicians and a hands-on Evening Floor Care Supervisor. These are full-time, mobile positions working on commercial floor care projects across the region. We provide the vehicle, equipment, uniforms, and training — you bring reliability, professionalism, and pride in quality work.

Evening Floor Care Supervisor

Full-Time | 2nd Shift: 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM | $18–$20/hr | Paid Weekly

This is a working supervisor role, leading a small mobile crew during evening projects. You’ll be responsible for quality, safety, timelines, and supporting your team while remaining hands-on with floor care work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise evening floor care crews at multiple job sites
  • Perform and oversee stripping, waxing, and restoration of commercial flooring
  • Operate and maintain floor equipment (scrubbers, buffers, etc.)
  • Ensure safety procedures, quality standards, and timelines are met
  • Train and coach team members; reinforce company practices
  • Serve as the on-site point of contact for issues or adjustments
What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven reliability and leadership experience in floor care, janitorial, facilities, or service environments
  • Ability to supervise, coach, and hold a team accountable
  • Strong communication skills and calm problem-solving
  • Comfortable with physical work and standing for extended periods
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required)

Floor Technician

Full-Time | 2nd Shift: 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM | $16–$17/hr | Paid Weekly

As a Floor Technician, you’ll work as part of a small mobile crew completing commercial floor care projects. This is a physical, hands-on role ideal for dependable team players who value structure and consistency.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Stripping, waxing, and restoring commercial floors
  • Cleaning tile, carpet, and concrete using professional equipment
  • Loading materials and traveling as a crew in a company vehicle
  • Performing seasonal services such as soft washing or window cleaning 
  • Following all safety procedures and care guidelines
What We’re Looking For:

  • Reliable, consistent team players with a strong work ethic
  • Experience in facilities, trade, janitorial, or service work preferred
  • Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
  • Comfortable with physical work and standing for long periods
  • Valid driver’s license required
