Sales Representative – Restoration & Plumbing Services
Pine Ridge Restoration | Full-Time
Pine Ridge Restoration is growing fast and seeking a driven, professional Sales Representative who knows how to build trust, present solutions, and ask for the sale!

This role is primarily employed by Pine Ridge Restoration, while also actively selling services for our sister company, 1-Tom-Plumber. You will represent both brands in the field — leveraging the recognition and credibility of the pink plunger to open doors and close work.
This is a true sales role, not account management. If you are motivated by results, income, and long-term growth, this opportunity offers significant upside.  This is a significant advantage over other sales persons in the restoration field, multiple streams, verticals, and attack angles!

Compensation & Earning Potential
 • Base salary: $65,000 (Pine Ridge Restoration)
 • Uncapped commission
 • 1-Tom-Plumber sales are commission-based
 • Realistic first-year earnings: $80,000–$120,000+
 • Performance bonuses for top producers
 • No cap on income — results drive compensation

What You’ll Be Selling
 • Pine Ridge Restoration: water, fire, storm, and mold mitigation services
 • 1-Tom-Plumber: service plumbing, drain cleaning, sewer repair
 • Commission is paid per job awarded — closing matters

Key Responsibilities

 • Assess needs and present clear, confident solutions
 • Ask for the sale and close opportunities
 • Follow up consistently on open estimates and leads
 • Actively manage your pipeline and activity
 • Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, and referral partners
 • Represent both brands professionally in the community and marketplace

What We’re Looking For
 • Proven sales experience with closing responsibility
 • Strong communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills
 • High personal accountability and self-motivation
 • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-based role
 • Experience in restoration, construction, in-home services, or B2C sales is a strong plus
 • CRM experience and comfort with technology
 • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background screening

Work Structure

 • Mix of office coordination and field sales
 • Expect 40-50 in-person interactions per week
 • Company vehicle and fuel provided
