Role Summary
The Mitigation Virtual Estimator prepares mitigation estimates remotely using photos, moisture maps, reports, and scope notes provided by field teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Write mitigation estimates remotely using Xactimate
- Review documentation for completeness and accuracy
- Apply correct line items based on category and class of loss
- Communicate with project managers to clarify scope
- Revise estimates based on adjuster feedback
- Track estimate approvals and documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years mitigation estimating experience
- Advanced Xactimate skills
- Strong understanding of mitigation processes
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
