Role Summary
The Contents Estimator prepares accurate, defensible contents estimates based on inventories, photos, inspections, and scope notes.

Key Responsibilities
- Write contents estimates using Xactimate
- Review inventories and documentation for accuracy
- Ensure estimates align with company SOPs and industry standards
- Communicate with operations and production teams to clarify scope
- Respond to adjuster questions and estimate revisions
- Track estimate approvals and changes
Qualifications
- 3+ years estimating contents losses
- Strong Xactimate proficiency
- Deep understanding of contents restoration processes
- High attention to detail and deadline discipline

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
