- Actively pursue and foster strong relationships with referral partners by understanding their challenges and providing value to meet their needs
- Participate in one-on-one meetings with clients to explain our services to guide their choices
- Provide unmatched service to our referral partners to ensure that we are their partner of choice
- Lead marketing events to drive awareness and excitement for our company and our services
- Set revenue targets and develop and execute a strategy to meet them
- Monitor and assess the activities of our competitors to proactively satisfy and retain our clients
- Utilize CRM software to diligently track and manage customer interactions and sales activities
- 2+ years experience in business development and/or sales roles
- Outgoing and customer-oriented attitude
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Proven ability to build, foster, and maintain deep professional relationships
- Willingness to develop an in-depth understanding of the business and related services
- Resilient and ability to overcome rejection
- Coachable and a desire to always be improving
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- General construction experience a plus but not required
- Base pay: (DOE) + Commissions (uncapped!!)

The IICRC is the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification, a non-profit organization for the Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Industries. The IICRC, originally named the International Institute of Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning Inc. (IICUC), was founded in 1972 by Ed York. Since starting in 1972, the IICRC has evolved into a global organization with more than 49,000 active Certified Technicians and more than 6,500 Certified Firms around the world.
The IICRC is managed by its Board of Directors, which is composed of 15 industry leaders elected by the IICRC’s Shareholders. The Board of Directors’ function is to represent the various interests of the applicants while leading the direction of the organization. The Board of Directors meets four times per year and is tasked with the responsibility of helping shape future policies of the organization and uphold the standards that help shape the industry.
