Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the restoration industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and potential areas for growth.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns.
  • Attend networking events and trade shows to promote the Paul Davis brand.
  • Track and report on sales metrics and performance indicators.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the restoration industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
