About the Role:

Join the dynamic team at SERVPRO of South Orange County as a Marketing Specialist! In this exciting role, you will help promote our brand and services, connecting with the community and driving growth in Lake Forest, CA.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.
Create engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and the company website.
Coordinate local events and community outreach programs to enhance customer relationships.
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine marketing efforts.
Collaborate with the sales team to support lead generation initiatives.
Manage advertising budgets and track campaign performance metrics.
Design promotional materials and ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
Maintain relationships with vendors and partners to optimize marketing resources.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
2+ years of experience in marketing or related roles.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with SEO and online advertising is a plus.

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
