As a Restoration Technician, you're on the front line of the customer experience — hands-on work, visible results, and a direct line to advancement. No four-year degree required, no "wait five years to get noticed." Show up, learn the trade, stack certifications, and the path up is clear and fast.

What You'll Do
- Support restoration projects — water damage, mold, and more — as you train up.
- Complete work orders, daily logs, and job documentation using your phone or tablet.
- Communicate confidently and professionally with customers on site.
- Inspect your own work to make sure it holds up to our standard.
- Keep equipment, tools, and your vehicle organized and job-ready.
- Handle basic equipment and vehicle maintenance.
- Learn new tools, tech, and techniques as we add services.
- Hold yourself and your teammates to a high bar on quality, safety, and service.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow a process.
- Comfortable with a smartphone or tablet and basic apps for job documentation.
- A year of floor or specialty cleaning experience is a plus (think: strip and wax, tile and grout, air duct, upholstery) — but it's not required. We'll train the right person.
- A strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and pride in doing the job right.
Your Certification Track

- Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT)
- Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT)
- Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT)
- Applied Structural Drying Technician (ASD)
- Mold Remediation Specialist (MRS)
- Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration Technician (FSRT)

Pay
Compensation is based on experience and climbs as you add skills and certifications, plus commission and customer tips on top of your hourly pay. The better you get, the more you make — no ceiling, no waiting around.
