- Base Salary: $55,000

Uncapped variable compensation including:
- Activity bounties
- GP-based commissions
- Quarterly accelerators
- SPIFF bonuses
- Residual commissions
- Expected first-year earnings: $75,000–$95,000+
- Top performers: $100,000–$130,000+
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfort with daily outreach and in-person meetings
- Ability to learn CRM systems (training provided)
- Reliability, professionalism, and consistency
- Background check required
