ASAP Rentals, a fast-growing dumpster and equipment rental company, is hiring a dependable Truck / Roll-Off Dumpster Driver. This role is employed by ASAP Rentals, but you will also provide part-time support to SERVPRO® of South Bend, Mishawaka, and Elkhart for equipment and material transport. We use the SERVPRO name in our job postings to increase visibility, but this is not a SERVPRO employee-only position.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate roll-off trucks, flatbeds, or trucks with trailers for dumpster delivery and pickup
Ensure proper and safe placement, loading, securing, and transportation of dumpsters and materials
Perform daily basic mechanical checks (fluids, tires, minor adjustments)
Maintain clean, organized vehicles and equipment
Communicate effectively with dispatch, project managers, and customers
Support SERVPRO operations part-time with equipment moves or warehouse tasks
Follow all company and DOT safety protocols

Qualifications:

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Experience with roll-off or similar equipment strongly preferred
Basic mechanical skills required
Ability to maneuver trucks in tight spaces (residential & commercial)
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and work outdoors in all weather
Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused
Able to pass background check and drug screening
