About the Role:
Join Restoration 1 of Leavenworth as a Lead Restoration Technician and Trainer, where you'll play a pivotal role in leading restoration projects and mentoring new team members. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and compliance with industry standards.
- Train and mentor new technicians on restoration techniques, safety protocols, and customer service excellence.
- Conduct site assessments to develop restoration plans tailored to client needs.
- Coordinate with insurance adjusters and clients to ensure seamless communication and project progress.
- Oversee equipment operation and maintenance to ensure optimal performance during restoration efforts.
- Implement safety measures and ensure adherence to OSHA regulations on job sites.
- Document all work performed and maintain accurate records of project timelines and expenses.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction throughout the restoration process.
Requirements:

Certification/Designation:
- IICRC certifications required: WRT, ASD, AMRT, and FSRT.
OR - Journeyman or Master Water Restorer (MWR) designation is highly preferred.
- IICRC certifications required: WRT, ASD, AMRT, and FSRT.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in restoration or related field.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of training and developing team members.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and effectively.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and a passion for helping others in their time of need.

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
