Location: Allentown or Scranton, Pennsylvania
Position Type: Full-Time, Entry-Level
Pay Range: $20–$25 per hour (based on experience) + $1,200 Sign On Bonus + Company Benefits!
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Additional Opportunities: Overtime + occasional weekend shifts when needed
About the Role!
SERVPRO Team Doyle is expanding our Contents Department and looking for motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Contents Technicians. This is an entry-level position with full training provided by our experienced team leads. If you enjoy hands-on work, a fast-paced environment, and making a difference in people’s lives after property damage events, this role is a great fit.
What You’ll Do!
As a Contents Technician, you will support all aspects of our contents restoration process, including:
- Pack-Outs: Carefully removing and cataloging customer belongings from damaged properties
- Pack-Backs: Returning restored belongings back to homes or businesses after work is complete
- Hard Contents Cleaning: Cleaning, restoring, and preparing items using SERVPRO’s professional restoration systems and equipment
- Inventory & Documentation: Helping maintain detailed item logs using our digital systems
- Supporting All Contents Department Operations: Working closely with team leads and technicians to accomplish department goals
