Air Quality Services Team Leader
PuroClean Air Quality Services seeks a motivated, hands-on Team Leader to help manage our growing Air Quality Services Division.
This role combines field leadership and daily operations management. You'll assist with scheduling, oversee technicians, perform job-site inspections, ensure quality standards are met, and help deliver outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily schedules and service appointments
- Lead and support field technicians
- Conduct quality-control inspections
- Communicate with customers and resolve issues
- Assist with equipment, vehicles, and operational readiness
- Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
Services Include
- Air duct cleaning
- Dryer vent cleaning
- Carpet cleaning
- Tile & grout cleaning
- Terminal cleaning
- Indoor air quality services
Qualifications
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Customer-service focused
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work in the field and lead by example
