What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor contents technicians on job sites.
- Supervise packing, inventory, and restoration of personal belongings.
- Manage organization of the warehouse and storage spaces.
- Oversee and document contents jobs in Assured Software.
- Deliver outstanding customer service during stressful situations.
- Train new hires on best practices and uphold safety standards.
- Roll up your sleeves, carpet cleaning, deodorization, mold remediation, and more.
What You Bring
- Leadership experience (1+ years in a supervisory role preferred).
- A knack for organizing and motivating people.
- Strong communication skills—English required, Spanish a plus.
- Valid driver’s license & clean background check.
- IICRC certifications (Water, Fire & Smoke, Carpet Cleaning, Applied Structural Drying) are a bonus—but not required, we’ll help you grow.

- Physical and hands-on: lifting, moving, cleaning, and organizing.
- Indoor and outdoor environments with varied conditions.
- You’ll be on the move—sometimes in homes, sometimes in the warehouse, sometimes both in a single day.

Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
