- Perform hands-on restoration work for all types of property damage, including water, fire, smoke, and other damages.
- Extract water, perform demolition, cleanup, and pack-out of damaged contents.
- Respond to water, fire, smoke, and other property damage emergencies in homes and businesses.
- Handle fire/smoke damage remediation, including cleaning, packing, moving, and disposal of non-salvageable items.
- Set up, monitor, and document drying and restoration equipment for water or other damage mitigation.
- Clean, launder, and restore customer belongings in a fully equipped facility.
- Accurately document all work in company software (photos, notes, forms).
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, teammates, and clients throughout all types of restoration projects.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE; provide field feedback if procedures are not followed.
- Participate in rotating on-call schedule, weekend, and overtime shifts as needed.
- Complete tasks according to company processes, maintaining quality control and attention to detail across all restoration work.
- Reliable, punctual, and accountable.
- Team player who listens carefully and responds to client needs.
- Excellent communicator, in person and over the phone.
- Safety-conscious and willing to follow procedures.
- Physically capable of hands-on work, including lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling, and working in confined spaces (crawlspaces, attics) or at heights.
- Presentable and professional, wearing company uniform and maintaining a clean appearance.
- Must pass a background check back to age 18 and a pre-employment drug screening.
- Must have a valid Oregon Driver’s License with a clean driving record for the past 3 years.
- Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 50–70 lbs frequently.
- Ability to stand, walk, squat, crawl, climb ladders, and work in various indoor/outdoor environments for extended periods.
- Advanced restoration techniques for water, fire, smoke, and other property damage.
- Effective property damage mitigation strategies for residential and commercial properties.
- Teamwork, collaboration, and leadership skills in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments.
- Certification and continuing education opportunities to advance your career.
- Competitive starting wage $17–$19+/hour (based on experience and certifications).
