As a Restoration Technician, you’ll perform hands-on work to restore properties and customer belongings from all types of property damage, directly impacting the recovery process. This is a fast-paced, physically demanding role where your skills make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform hands-on restoration work for all types of property damage, including water, fire, smoke, and other damages.
  • Extract water, perform demolition, cleanup, and pack-out of damaged contents.
  • Respond to water, fire, smoke, and other property damage emergencies in homes and businesses.
  • Handle fire/smoke damage remediation, including cleaning, packing, moving, and disposal of non-salvageable items.
  • Set up, monitor, and document drying and restoration equipment for water or other damage mitigation.
  • Clean, launder, and restore customer belongings in a fully equipped facility.
  • Accurately document all work in company software (photos, notes, forms).
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, teammates, and clients throughout all types of restoration projects.
  • Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE; provide field feedback if procedures are not followed.
  • Participate in rotating on-call schedule, weekend, and overtime shifts as needed.
  • Complete tasks according to company processes, maintaining quality control and attention to detail across all restoration work.

  • Excellent communicator, in person and over the phone.
  • Safety-conscious and willing to follow procedures.
  • Physically capable of hands-on work, including lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling, and working in confined spaces (crawlspaces, attics) or at heights.
  • Presentable and professional, wearing company uniform and maintaining a clean appearance.

Requirements – Must Haves
  • Must pass a background check back to age 18 and a pre-employment drug screening.
  • Must have a valid Oregon Driver’s License with a clean driving record for the past 3 years.
  • Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 50–70 lbs frequently.
  • Ability to stand, walk, squat, crawl, climb ladders, and work in various indoor/outdoor environments for extended periods.

Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
