This role is for a seasoned restoration/mitigation operations leader (SERVPRO, ServiceMaster, Belfor, Paul Davis, ATI, PuroClean, etc.) who wants to run multiple locations and build strong field teams.

Compensation, Schedule & Location
Base salary: $100,000–$110,000
Bonus: Performance-based bonus opportunity up to $30,000 annually
Status: Full-time, exempt
Schedule: Primarily Monday–Friday with rotational on-call for emergencies/storm events
Location: Based in Salem, MA with regular field time in Salem, MA and Manchester, NH
Vehicle: Company vehicle provided

Important: This role requires prior experience in property damage restoration/mitigation. Candidates without restoration experience will not be considered.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead field operations to ensure high-quality work, strong customer communication, and adherence to SERVPRO standards.

  • Forecast workload and crew capacity with the GM; manage staffing, recruiting, and onboarding for production teams.

  • Keep the team storm-ready with surge staffing and emergency response plans.

  • Implement a structured training path for technicians; schedule and track IICRC certifications (WRT/ASD; Master tracks a plus).

  • Conduct regular 1:1s and performance reviews; coach in the field to reinforce safety, SOPs, and quality.

  • Build efficient daily schedules with the Office Manager and Project Managers; manage the on-call schedule.

  • Ensure vehicles, equipment, and supplies are maintained, compliant, and ready for deployment.

  • Track and manage job profitability, labor utilization, and consumables in alignment with franchise KPMs.

Must-Have Qualifications (Please Read Before Applying)
You must meet all of the following to be considered:

Restoration industry experience – minimum 3+ years (REQUIRED)

  • Water, fire, mold, or reconstruction property damage restoration with a contractor or franchise (SERVPRO, ServiceMaster, Belfor, Paul Davis, ATI, PuroClean, etc.).

Leadership / management experience – 3–5+ years

  • Directly leading restoration/mitigation teams.

Technical credentials:

  • IICRC WRT and ASD (or ability to obtain within a defined timeframe). Master designation is a plus.

Proven business impact:

  • Demonstrated success improving revenue, utilization, cycle time, and job profitability.

Systems & tools:

  • Experience with job management systems (DryBook or similar), LMS platforms, Xactimate, and Microsoft Office.

Driving:

  • Valid driver’s license with insurable record; comfortable driving company vehicles between MA & NH locations.

If you have not worked in property damage restoration/mitigation before, this position will not be a fit.

Nice-to-Have Experience

  • Prior multi-site leadership (managing more than one branch/office/territory).

  • Experience leading teams through cat/storm events and large-loss situations.

  • Prior SERVPRO franchise experience and familiarity with SERVPRO systems, KPMs, and brand standards.
