As a front-line representative of the SERVPRO® brand, the Restoration Crew Chief plays a key role in delivering our Here to Help® promise. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll coordinate, monitor, and perform restoration activities while supporting your team and ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and perform production processes according to schedule, ensuring quality control on all job sites
  • Manage the customer and client experience, supporting high satisfaction and positive online reviews
  • Set clear expectations for restoration technicians and supervise their daily activities
  • Document detailed, accurate job files to support services rendered
  • Manage labor usage, consumable materials, and efficiency on assigned projects
  • Communicate with the project manager and office staff to share job status updates and address issues promptly

Additional Responsibilities

  • Follow and reinforce all OSHA safety standards on job sites
  • Protect equipment, vehicles, and materials to maximize company assets
  • Coach, mentor, and train restoration technicians for skill and career growth

Position Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license
  • High school diploma/GED preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction
  • IICRC certification a plus

Skills & Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. regularly (and up to 100 lbs. with assistance)
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and navigate tight spaces (attics, crawl spaces)
  • Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects
  • Comfortable working with and around various cleaning agents
