- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to travel out of town for job assignments.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must be clean-shaven to properly wear a respirator when required.
- Ability to participate in the business’s on-call rotation as emergencies can happen any time of day, any day of the week.
- Successful completion of a criminal record check upon hire.
- Knowledge of construction and demolition practices.
- Ownership of basic hand tools.
- Experience in property restoration or general construction.
- Valid First Aid certification.
