We’re looking for a motivated Sales Representative who can build relationships, generate new business, and help more property owners get back to normal after disaster strikes.
🚀 What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with insurance agents, plumbers, property managers, and contractors
- Generate and follow up on leads for water, mold, and fire restoration
- Conduct site visits and build trust with homeowners and commercial clients
- Manage customer relationships through the inspection-to-job-close process
- Represent the company at local networking and industry events
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue goals
💼 What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in outside sales, B2B, or restoration industry
- Knowledge of insurance restoration, water mitigation, or construction (preferred)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
