- Lead restoration and construction projects from start to finish: estimating, budgeting, planning, and execution.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction with timelines, quality, and budget.
- Oversee contractors and onsite personnel, ensuring safety and compliance with OSHA and local regulations.
- Monitor project progress, costs, and quality control to ensure successful delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, design, sales) to align on project goals.
- Source materials and manage vendor/subcontractor relationships.
- Resolve onsite issues quickly and effectively.
- Present compelling value propositions to clients to support project sales.
- 3+ years of experience in construction project management.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and client expectations.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Technical knowledge of building materials, restoration techniques, and safety standards.
- Familiarity with local building codes and OSHA regulations.
- Experience in restoration or construction preferred.
- Collaborative mindset and attention to detail.
