SERVPRO of Cumberland, Morgan & White Counties for a Fire, Mold, Contents & Cleaning Technician. Be the hero that helps recover and make disasters seem "like it never happened."
Primary Responsibilities
- Inventory and pack-out of commercial and residential structures that have been affected
- Work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
- Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up staging area and equipment for each project.
- Communicate with management, other technicians, & temp workers to maintain efficient production processes.
- Perform production processes as directed including moving furniture, cleaning structure & contents.
- Perform production services as assigned and communicate with the customer to make sure all needs are met
- Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, and warehouse as needed.
- Ensure that jobs are completed beyond customer expectations
- Clean and restore affected contents and structures
- Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance.
The ideal candidate for the position would have:

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
- Ability to complete a background check and drug screen subject to applicable law
- Preform general cleaning of all areas of the building as directed.
- Complete non-routine cleaning according to specified job orders.
- Handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests.
Pay based on experience.
Compensación: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour
