Role Responsibilities:
- Oversee residential and commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with customers, insurance professionals, and subcontractors
- Ensure projects stay on schedule, on budget, and meet quality standards
- Manage project documentation, budgets, and daily operations
- Solve challenges proactively and maintain excellent customer communication
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in construction, restoration, or project management
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and contracts
- Knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and materials
- Valid driver’s license
Licenses & Certifications:
- Valid Driver’s License required.
- IICRC or construction-related certifications a plus.

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
