- IICRC certifications preferred
- Proven supervisory/management experience
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong delegation skills with the ability to maintain operational control
- Skilled in conflict management and business negotiations
- Deep industry knowledge and operational expertise
- Managing all aspects of franchise production and keeping the Regional Operations Manager informed
- Driving customer satisfaction and resolving escalated concerns
- Overseeing full P&L responsibilities
- Leading daily operations, scheduling, and resource allocation (staff, vehicles, equipment)
- Reviewing and validating job estimates for accuracy and profitability
- Ensuring complete and accurate job documentation
- Stepping into roles such as estimator, production manager, or construction project manager when needed
- Building and maintaining strong subcontractor and supplier relationships
- Training teams on equipment, products, safety (OSHA), and customer service
- Supporting hiring, coaching, and retention of production staff
- Reviewing and approving estimates and job files
- Ensuring the facility, fleet, inventory, and equipment are maintained and operating smoothly
