What You'll Do
- Create and manage a schedule to dispatch work crews, vehicles and equipment to appropriate locations according to predetermined timeframes, client requests or immediate needs
- Receive emergency and non-emergency calls and prioritize according to urgency and importance
- Communicate clearly and proactively with clients throughout the project, including for issue resolution or to handle requests for services or equipment
- Relay information to and from work crews, supervisors, co-workers and clients
- Input relevant data into job management software
- Monitor the routes and status of field units to optimize scheduling
- Monitor a dynamic schedule and provide updates to co-workers and customers via phone and texting software to optimize productivity and maintain unbroken chain of communication
- Review and approve timecards for all technicians on a daily basis

What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management
- Active listener with excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Tech-savvy with solid understanding of Microsoft Office products and ability to learn new software quickly
- Proven ability to work and remain calm under stress and to calm others during rapidly changing circumstances
- Ability to multitask with different and sometimes conflicting events happening simultaneously
- A positive attitude and professional manner with a self-driven and can-do approach to work
- Ability to work as a team player and communicate effectively with all FAR team members and departments
- Convey a positive image of FAR in accordance with company policies and Core Values
- A growth mindset with motivational and leadership skills
- Availability for a 7am-5pm schedule; mandatory attendance during any CAT event

The pay range for this position is $21 - $25 per hour with commissions, on-call bonuses and overtime available.
Compensation: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
