What You’ll Do:
- Respond to water, fire, mold, and biohazard jobs
- Perform demolition, equipment setup, moisture readings, and drying procedures
- Document job progress using our software and mobile apps
- Communicate with team members, customers, and supervisors clearly and professionally
- Maintain clean vehicles, tools, and job sites
- Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and perform physical labor
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Construction, cleaning, or restoration experience preferred
- IICRC certifications a plus – we’ll train the right person
