What You’ll Do:

Lead residential and commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish
Assess damages, estimate costs, and negotiate project scopes
Manage project timelines, budgets, and subcontractor performance
Coordinate with internal teams to align mitigation and reconstruction work
Maintain client communication and deliver exceptional customer service
Ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance are met

What You Bring:

Proven experience managing residential and commercial construction projects
Strong leadership and multitasking skills
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Xactimate)
Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
Local travel required
