About the Role
We’re a small but growing commercial cleaning company looking for a Bilingual Janitorial Supervisor to lead teams and ensure quality service across multiple sites. This is a hands-on, in-the-field leadership role — perfect for someone who is independent, dependable, and enjoys problem-solving.
What You’ll Do
- Supervise, train, and support cleaning staff at various locations
- Conduct site visits to ensure safety and quality standards are met
- Deliver supplies and manage basic inventory needs
- Build strong relationships with employees and clients
- Step in to handle special projects (deep cleans, floor care, etc.)
- Work a flexible schedule to support business needs
What We’re Looking For

Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation – required
- Experience supervising cleaning/janitorial teams
- Independent, solutions-focused, and reliable
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule (mornings, nights, some weekends)
- Ability to pass a background check
