What You’ll Do (and Grow Into)
As a Crew Lead in Training, you’ll work closely with experienced Crew Leads and our Operations Manager to develop both technical and leadership skills while delivering exceptional service to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learn to coordinate and lead restoration projects from start to finish
  • Perform and oversee restoration processes, ensuring quality and efficiency
  • Follow and enforce safety and risk management best practices
  • Maintain detailed job documentation and job files
  • Perform demolition and other hands-on restoration tasks
  • Prepare job sites, stage equipment, and manage supplies
  • Maintain company vehicles and equipment to professional standards
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and technicians
  • Continue developing technical expertise in restoration methods, equipment, and products
What We’re Looking For
  • Restoration or cleaning industry experience (preferred)
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)
  • IICRC certifications (preferred—or willingness to earn them)
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to pass a background check (per applicable law)
  • A strong desire to learn, lead, and advance
Compensation & Career Growth
  • Starting pay: $18.00–$20.00/hour, based on experience and skill
