What You’ll Do (and Grow Into)

As a Crew Lead in Training, you’ll work closely with experienced Crew Leads and our Operations Manager to develop both technical and leadership skills while delivering exceptional service to customers.

Key Responsibilities

Learn to coordinate and lead restoration projects from start to finish
Perform and oversee restoration processes, ensuring quality and efficiency
Follow and enforce safety and risk management best practices
Maintain detailed job documentation and job files
Perform demolition and other hands-on restoration tasks
Prepare job sites, stage equipment, and manage supplies
Maintain company vehicles and equipment to professional standards
Communicate effectively with supervisors and technicians
Continue developing technical expertise in restoration methods, equipment, and products

What We’re Looking For

Restoration or cleaning industry experience (preferred)
Prior leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)
IICRC certifications (preferred—or willingness to earn them)
Strong communication and organization skills
Valid driver’s license
Ability to pass a background check (per applicable law)
A strong desire to learn, lead, and advance

Starting pay: $18.00–$20.00/hour, based on experience and skill
