Servpro of Sarasota is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Office Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll ensure smooth day-to-day office operations while providing excellent customer service as one of the first points of contact for our clients. This is a collaborative role focused on supporting the team and customers, perfect for someone who is quick, tech-savvy, and enjoys keeping both customers and the office running efficiently.
Responsibilities
• Customer Service: Answer phones, respond to emails, assist customers with questions, and ensure all clients receive timely, professional support.
• Manage scheduling, job documentation, and invoicing processes.
• Coordinate with field crews and management to keep projects on track.
• Handle office operations including supplies, vendor relations, and recordkeeping.
• Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding, employee files, and compliance tracking.
• Provide reception support by greeting walk-in clients and directing inquiries as needed.
Qualifications
• Experience in an office manager, administrative, or customer service role (experience in restoration, construction, or water mitigation is a plus).
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and quick to learn new software.
• Experience with the DASH program preferred, but not required.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
