At ServPro, we’re the first call people make when water damage threatens their home or business. We’re looking for a Water Mitigation Technician who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, get on-site fast, and make a real difference.

What You’ll Do

Respond to water damage emergencies with speed and professionalism
Set up and monitor drying equipment
Perform water extraction and moisture mapping
Document work performed for insurance and project tracking
Work closely with a team to ensure every job is done right

What We’re Looking For

Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work in challenging conditions (we’re there when others can’t be)
Excellent communication skills
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Willingness to be part of an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
