- Manage the client experience—driving satisfaction through consistently clear, professional communication with clients, PMs, and stakeholders.
- Develop scopes of work, create estimates, and coordinate all warranty-related scheduling.
- Oversee subcontractor relationships—vetting, onboarding/licensing, availability, and compliance.
- Handle permits, inspections, project budgets, material orders, and Purchase Orders (POs).
- Provide weekly project reporting; conduct site inspections, final walkthroughs, and ensure closeout documentation is accurate on each file.
- Lead Work‑in‑Progress meetings; ensure seamless communication between reconstruction and mitigation teams.
- Train and mentor construction team members; manage day-to-day operations and uphold safety and quality standards.
- Execute change orders, update schedules, resolve on-site issues, and ensure compliance with codes, specs, and company policies.
- High school diploma/GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field preferred.
- 5+ years in estimating, including 1+ years in restoration; proficiency with Xactimate and CoreLogic DASH software.
- Proven leadership and team-building skills; results-oriented mindset with strong multi-tasking and detail-orientation.
- Honest, dependable, and highly communicative—able to negotiate, collect deposits, and set project expectations clearly.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to respond to on-call needs as necessary.
- Full-time, between the hours of 7AM–7PM (Mon–Fri), minimum 40hrs/week. Expect evenings, occasional weekends (based on project demands), and local travel—with occasional out-of-area work.
- Occasionally - lifting materials, climbing ladders, operating in heat/cold, working amid noise and machinery. Frequently - walking, standing, driving, using tools, and navigating jobsite environments.
