- Supervise and coordinate all aspects of fire damage restoration projects
- Lead and manage a team of restoration technicians, ensuring that work is completed efficiently and according to company standards.
- Conduct on-site assessments to determine the extent of damage and develop restoration plans.
- Oversee the restoration process including pack out and inventory, clean and deodorize, removal of smoke and soot from customer contents and structure.
- Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders throughout the restoration process.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or obstacles, and implement solutions to ensure timely completion.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
- Provide training and mentorship to restoration technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Experience in fire damage restoration, with a proven track record of successful project management preferred
- High school diploma or GED required; restoration certification a plus.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Full-time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. with flexibility to work late as needed.
- Some occasional evenings, weekends, and overtime hours may be required.
- Local travel with occasional overnight stays.
