Restoration Sales Representative Job Summary
You focus on generating new business through relationships. You connect with property managers, plumbers, insurance agents, and business owners. You secure referral partnerships and convert opportunities into jobs.
Your income directly reflects your production. The more relationships you build and jobs you generate, the more you earn.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and target high-value referral partners
- Build and manage a consistent sales route
- Perform daily sales calls and set in-person meetings
- Secure referral agreements and repeat business
- Track pipeline, activity, and closed revenue
- Follow up with past customers and partners
- Represent Voda at networking events and community groups
- Deliver presentations to businesses and organizations

- Strong relationship-building skills
