What You'll Do
As a Lead Mitigation Technician, you’ll:
- Respond to water, fire, mold, and storm-related property damage
- Deploy and operate equipment for mitigation, remediation, tarping, and board-ups
- Support property owners with empathy and urgency in stressful situations
- Document and manage jobs using mobile technology
- Maintain clean, well-stocked company vehicles and equipment
- Work on-call rotations and assist teammates when needed

What You Bring
Required:
- IICRC Certifications: WRT, FSRT, AMRT, ASD
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfort using mobile apps and digital documentation tools
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in physically demanding environments
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Availability for nights, weekends, and emergency response
- A positive attitude, team spirit, and desire to learn
Preferred:
- IICRC OCT and/or TCST certifications
- Experience in mold remediation, biohazard, or trauma cleanup
