About the Role:

SERVPRO® of Old Bridge/Cranbury is looking for a dependable and hardworking Night Shift Restoration Technician to join our team. This is a full-time position working evening hours, ideal for candidates who are reliable, hands-on, and ready to help homes and businesses recover from water, fire, mold, and storm damage.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to emergency restoration jobs during night shift hours
Perform water extraction, demolition, cleanup, and drying services
Set up and monitor equipment such as air movers and dehumidifiers
Assist crew leaders and project managers with job-site tasks
Document work performed and maintain job-site cleanliness
Follow all SERVPRO® procedures and safety protocols

Qualifications:

Prior restoration or construction experience is a plus (but not required)
Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in PPE, and perform physical tasks
Must be able to work the full shift: Sunday through Thursday, 4 PM to Midnight
Valid driver’s license with a clean 5-year record and no accidents (required)
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
High school diploma or GED preferred
