Primary Responsibilities

Work with office staff to schedule jobs and make changes to the schedule to ensure all jobs are completed in a timely manner.
Build and maintain a workload to keep production crews on track to meet or exceed their production goals.
Communicate expectations, requirements, and changes with Centers of Influence. Remain up-to-date on all jobs in progress. Communicate job progress and problems.
Maintain communication with customers about the job to ensure expectations are met. This includes homeowners, the public, agents, adjusters, consultants, etc.
Utilize industry specific systems/software/applications including but not limited to Microsoft Suite, Google Sheets, and Drybook.

Position Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Verbal and written communication skills
Interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to answer a high volume of calls and/or emails daily
Attentiveness to detail
Multitasking and organizational skills

Hours

40 hours/week, flexible to work overtime when required

Pay Rate

Competitive pay based on experience
