The Crew Chief at Servpro of Wilson County leads restoration projects, ensuring high-quality service delivery and a positive customer experience. As a key representative of SERVPRO®, they embody the company’s “Here to Help®” philosophy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect property damage and develop custom mitigation and restoration plans tailored to each situation.
  • Lead restoration and mitigation projects from start to finish, ensuring efficiency, professionalism, and quality outcomes.
  • Supervise and coach technicians, reinforcing best practices in restoration techniques, safety procedures, and equipment use.
  • Serve as a point of contact between clients, insurance reps, and the team, promoting clear communication and exceptional service.
  • Provide hands-on support in the field, assisting with tasks like water removal, drying, fire damage cleanup, and mold remediation.
  • Ensure tools and vehicles are properly maintained and stocked to support job readiness.
  • Track progress, adapt strategies as needed, and maintain compliance with industry regulations such as IICRC and OSHA.
  • Keep thorough documentation, including equipment usage, moisture readings, and restoration reports.
  • Respond to urgent service calls and take part in the rotating on-call schedule.
  • Foster a safe, supportive work environment by upholding company standards and safety protocols. 
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or recognized equivalent (GED).
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and take part in an on-call schedule.
  • IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT, AMRT) must be current.
  • At least 1 years’ experience in restoration, mitigation, or a closely related field preferred.
  • Supervisory or leadership background in the industry is a strong asset.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt quickly to evolving situations.
  • Strong communication, organization, and team leadership skills.
Physical & Environmental Demands
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
  • Will work in varied conditions: confined spaces, overhead tasks, exposure to chemicals, strong odors, and loud environments.
  • Respirator use may be required for safety.
Schedule & Availability
  • Full-time: Monday–Friday, 7:45 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
  • Expect overtime, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Compensation: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
