- Coordinate and oversee multiple restoration projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to optimize efficiency and profitability.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any on-site issues promptly.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and reports.
- Assist in the procurement of materials and supplies necessary for project completion.
- Utilize project management software to track project milestones and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout all project phases.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in the restoration or construction industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
The IICRC is the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification, a non-profit organization for the Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Industries. The IICRC, originally named the International Institute of Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning Inc. (IICUC), was founded in 1972 by Ed York. Since starting in 1972, the IICRC has evolved into a global organization with more than 49,000 active Certified Technicians and more than 6,500 Certified Firms around the world.
The IICRC is managed by its Board of Directors, which is composed of 15 industry leaders elected by the IICRC’s Shareholders. The Board of Directors’ function is to represent the various interests of the applicants while leading the direction of the organization. The Board of Directors meets four times per year and is tasked with the responsibility of helping shape future policies of the organization and uphold the standards that help shape the industry.
