SERVPRO Team Harvey is looking for a sharp, organized, and motivated Office Assistant to join our fast-moving restoration team. This is more than just an admin role: it’s a launchpad. We’re a locally owned and operated SERVPRO franchise with a reputation for showing up when people need us most. And we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities

Answer and route incoming calls with professionalism and warmth
Support job scheduling, work order tracking, and file management
Assist with billing, collections, and job documentation
Communicate clearly with customers, vendors, and coworkers
Coordinate with project managers, estimators, and field crews to keep jobs moving smoothly
Pitch in wherever needed—this is a true team environment

What We’re Looking For

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other business tools
Ability to adapt and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
A team player who wants to contribute and grow
Bonus: Experience or interest in construction, property restoration, or related fields

Compensation & Schedule

Full-time, Monday–Friday (9am–5pm)
Competitive hourly pay based on experience
Regular reviews and advancement opportunities
Location: In-office at our Cliffwood, NJ headquarters

Compensation: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
