Lead & Manage: Supervise and direct your crew to ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and with the utmost attention to detail.

Client Interaction: Be the calm and reassuring voice for clients, guiding them through the contents process with empathy and respect.

Inventory & Organization: Oversee the careful packing, sorting, and cataloging of items, ensuring that everything is accounted for and organized throughout the process.

Restoration & Cleaning: Work hands-on with items to restore and clean them to their original condition when possible.

Communication: Keep clients, your team, and management informed about progress, challenges, and timelines.

Quality Control: Ensure the work is of the highest quality, meeting company standards, and exceeding client expectations.

Experience: At least 1 year of experience in contents handling, restoration, or a related field. Previous leadership experience is a plus.

Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.

Leadership: Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You’ll be working directly with clients and team members, so your ability to convey information clearly and compassionately is crucial.
