Rainbow Restoration of Shoreview helps homeowners and businesses recover after water damage, fire damage, and mold damage. We are seeking an experienced Mitigation Manager/Estimator to lead our mitigation team, manage projects, and provide exceptional service to customers during some of their most challenging times.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage mitigation crews on water, fire, and mold damage restoration projects.
- Perform on-site inspections, develop scopes of work, and create estimates using Xactimate.
- Train, coach, and motivate team members to meet company and industry standards (IICRC).
- Communicate effectively with customers, insurance adjusters, and vendors.
- Ensure all projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Maintain documentation and compliance with company policies and industry guidelines.
What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience in mitigation/restoration (water, fire, mold).
- Prior leadership or management experience in the restoration industry.

Xactimate estimating experience (required).
- IICRC certifications (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.

Pay: Competitive, based on experience + benefits and bonuses

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
