- Evaluate and sell projects
- Determine project scope of work
- Create and review estimates
- Obtain customer and client agreement on scope and estimate
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Ensure proper permits are acquired
- Create project schedule and timeline
- Identify and qualify subcontractors and resource providers
- Negotiate terms and set expectations
- Hire, organize, & manage subcontractors, within established budgets
- Ensure work performed complies with local codes, and scope of work requirements
- Perform final walk-through with customer
- MUST have previous experience construction management experience.
- MUST have previous experience remediation experience.
- Proficiency in Xactimate.
- Effective written and oral communication
