- Hunt down new commercial opportunities through networking, prospecting, and cold outreach
- Build, manage, and nurture relationships with commercial clients, referral sources, and industry partners
- Execute a structured marketing route—conducting in-person visits, follow-ups, and strategic outreach
- Represent SERVPRO at networking events, CE courses, tradeshows, and community functions
- Present SERVPRO’s services and Emergency Ready Plan (ERP) solutions with clarity and confidence
- Accurately maintain records, campaigns, and follow-ups within Salesforce and other marketing platforms
- Collaborate with the Director of Business Development to exceed growth goals
- Uphold SERVPRO’s brand integrity and contribute to ongoing efforts to expand our market share
- 3–5+ years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience, with a proven track record of prospecting and closing new accounts
- A true hunter mindset—tenacious, self-motivated, and driven to win
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
- A proactive, goal-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications—or equivalent experience
- CRM experience (Salesforce highly preferred) and comfort with using digital tools
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally up to 90% of the time
- An appetite for learning, improving, and supporting a growing sales culture
