🔥 What You'll Do:

  • Hunt down new commercial opportunities through networking, prospecting, and cold outreach
  • Build, manage, and nurture relationships with commercial clients, referral sources, and industry partners
  • Execute a structured marketing route—conducting in-person visits, follow-ups, and strategic outreach
  • Represent SERVPRO at networking events, CE courses, tradeshows, and community functions
  • Present SERVPRO’s services and Emergency Ready Plan (ERP) solutions with clarity and confidence
  • Accurately maintain records, campaigns, and follow-ups within Salesforce and other marketing platforms
  • Collaborate with the Director of Business Development to exceed growth goals
  • Uphold SERVPRO’s brand integrity and contribute to ongoing efforts to expand our market share
🧰 What You Bring to the Table:

  • 3–5+ years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience, with a proven track record of prospecting and closing new accounts
  • A true hunter mindset—tenacious, self-motivated, and driven to win
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
  • A proactive, goal-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications—or equivalent experience
  • CRM experience (Salesforce highly preferred) and comfort with using digital tools
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally up to 90% of the time
  • An appetite for learning, improving, and supporting a growing sales culture
