We are hiring a full-time Mitigation Technician to join our growing restoration team. We provide paid training and career advancement opportunities.

What You’ll Do
- Assist Lead technician with water, fire, and mold damage mitigation
- Set up drying equipment and monitor progress
- Perform demo, tarp, and board-up services
- Communicate professionally with homeowners
- Maintain clean trucks and organized equipment
- Participate in on-call rotation as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Ability to lift 75 lbs
- Willingness to work occasional nights/weekends
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Customer-service mindset
No experience required — restoration, construction, or labor experience is a plus.
