Part-Time (20–25 hours/week to start), In-Person
Pay Range: $20–$24/hour
- Communicate with customers via phone and email, providing updates and follow-ups
- Coordinate with technicians in the field to track progress and provide support
- Write and send daily job status recaps to customers and to the owner
- Call vendors and third parties to follow up on invoices and payments
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized
- Maintain and update spreadsheets used for tracking jobs, materials, and billing
- Place material orders as directed by the owner
- Take on additional admin responsibilities as the business grows
- Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and general office software
- Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities
- Professional demeanor and a strong sense of accountability
- Positive attitude and a willingness to pitch in on a wide range of tasks
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Prior experience in administrative, dispatch, or customer service roles
