Commercial Cleaning Floater – $15/hr
Evening Shift | Full-Time | Company Vehicle Provided
Dispatched from Carol Stream | DuPage County & Surrounding Areas

ServiceMaster Clean is looking for a dependable and flexible Commercial Cleaning Floater to join our team. This position plays a key role in helping us cover various commercial accounts throughout DuPage County and surrounding areas. You will be dispatched from our Carol Stream location each shift and return there at the end of your route. A company vehicle will be provided for travel between job sites.

Schedule

Monday through Friday
5:00 PM to 1:30 AM (End time may vary depending on assignment)
Occasional weekend or extended hours may be required

Pay Rate

$15.00 per hour

Job Duties

Travel to and clean assigned commercial buildings such as:
- Offices
- Schools
- Churches
- Other professional facilities
Perform general janitorial tasks including:
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
- Cleaning and restocking restrooms
- Emptying trash and recycling bins
- Sanitizing high-touch surfaces
Follow instructions and cleaning protocols specific to each building

Requirements

Valid driver’s license required
Ability to report to and from our Carol Stream office daily
Comfortable driving a company vehicle throughout DuPage County and nearby areas
Ability to work evenings and flexible hours as needed
Experience in commercial cleaning is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate
Must be dependable, professional, and able to work independently

Compensation: $15.00 per hour
