What You’ll Do as a Mitigation Technician
- Lead the cleanup and mitigation effort after disasters: water, fire, mold, and more
- Deliver 5-star customer service in high-stress situations
- Work hard, stay organized, and maintain clean company equipment and vehicles
- Use mobile apps to document jobs and communicate with the team
- Participate in the on-call rotation and be ready to assist in after-hours emergencies
- Be a team player—step in and support other departments when needed
What You Bring to the Team
Required:
- IICRC Certifications: AMRT, WRT
- Strong attention to detail and customer service mindset
- Proficiency in mobile job documentation apps
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75 lbs frequently and work nights/weekends as needed
- Fluent in English and authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred:
- Additional IICRC certifications: OCT, TCST, FSRT, ASD
- Prior experience with mold, lead, and asbestos abatement
